Grading Policy

Due to the handmade nature of enamel pins, minor scuffs, scratches, screen-print errors, or small imperfections may be visible under certain lighting conditions. By purchasing a pin, you agree to this grading policy.

I personally grade each pin under natural lighting and at an arm’s-length distance first for general grading and will later receive a detailed grade up close to ensure it looks its best. Pins that meet my standards will have no major imperfections that affect overall appearance.

Since appearance is the main focus of a pin, I will not be including the backside of a pin, as they are not part of the aesthetic of the pin. Any pin that does not meet my standards will be banished from this plane of existence.
✦ Grade Types ✦

A / Perfect Grade: Pins that are absolutely "perfect" and have very few (< 3) minor or no flaws present on the front face of the pin. Screen prints may be 1-2 milimeters off or small slivers on the pin metal.

B Grade: Pins that have some minor flaws when looked upon up close but overall a great pin from arms length. More present screen print deviation, slight dust within the enamel, glitter with unfavorable color.

C Grade: Pins that have more minor flaws than B grade or have at least one major flaw. Missing/damaged screen print (depending on how much detail is "lost").
